THREE MONTHLY GOALS (10th of February 2013)
- Achieve a weight of 62kgs.
- Drop my waist size to under 80cm
- Run 5kms in under 30 minutes
- Run 10kms Non Stop (any pace)
- Swim 1km in under 15 minutes
- Obtain average speed on single track mountain trails of 12.5km/hr
- Obtain a Body Fat percentage of 23%
- Do a 100km Road Ride
- Paddle (kayak) to Stradbroke Island
- Do an unassisted chin up.
SIX MONTHLY GOALS (5th of May 2013)
- Run a half marathon distance Non Stop
- Swim 2kms in under 30 minutes
- Obtain average speed on single track mountain trails of 15km/hr
- Obtain a Body Fat percentage of between 17-19%
- Compete in a Enticer Triathlon
NINE MONTLY GOALS (28th of July 2013)
- Run a half marathon distance in under 2 Hours and 15 minutes
- Paddle (kayak) to Fraser Island
TWELVE MONTHLY GOALS (17th of November 2013)
- Compete in a Tough Mudder Event
- Compete in the Full distance Flight Centre Epic
- Compete in an Adventure Race Event (mountain bike, kayak, cross country run)
- Compete in a Sprint Triathlon.
EIGHTEEN MONTLY GOALS (4th of May 2014)
- Compete in an Olympic Distance Triathlon
- Be consistently in the top 15 for my age group for Mountain Bike Events
